Interchange (Abstract)
An INTERCHANGE specifies common properties of interchanges. including whether it is advertised or not, if it is guaranteed or not and the maximum time a vehicle may wait for a connecting vehicle, beyond the planned departure time. It is specialised to define the SERVICE JOURNEY INTERCHANGE.
