ARGE ÖVV publishes machine-readable data for further use by the public, as well as by business and research organisations. Further use is simplified by the standardized and transparent terms of use:

  • Licensees are allowed to reproduce, distribute, commercially use the data, make them publicly avaailable as well as to apply modifications and adaptations to the data or their content in compliance with the stated license agreement.

  • Attribution according to section 3 (a) (1) (A) (i) of the license agreement has to be applied at a suitable place as follows: "Data source: ARGE ÖVV - data.arge-oevv.at"

  • The public should be informed about new applications and services that use data from ARGE ÖVV. ARGE ÖVV is entitled to publish information about applications and services that use the data provided by ARGE ÖVV and use it for reporting purposes. Furthermore, ARGE ÖVV is allowed to publish the applications and services (links) as part of the ARGE ÖVV website (https://arge-oevv.at ).

  • ARGE ÖVV requests licensees who use the data provided by ARGE ÖVV for their applications and services to actively inform ARGE ÖVV via the email address services@arge-oevv.at where these services and applications can be found.

  • The data provided by ARGE ÖVV may not be used for applications or publications that support criminal, illegal, racist, discriminatory, defamatory, pornographic, sexist or homophobic activities or encourage such activities.

  • The data provision platform of ARGE ÖVV is operated with the highest possible service availability. Data or interfaces are not available during necessary maintenance windows or in the event of technical problems.

  • Any information and documentation provided on, about and from the data provision exclude any warranty or liability claims.

  • The data is provided with the greatest care. Nevertheless, data errors can never be completely ruled out. Feedback on this is welcome.
