StopAssignment (Abstract)
A STOP ASSIGNMENT is the allocation of a SCHEDULED STOP POINT to a physical stop, for either a Passenger JOURNEY or VEHICLE SERVICE. It is specialised to create a PASSENGER STOP ASSIGNMENT and a DYNAMIC STOP ASSIGNMENT.
